How to book a flight - a Step-by-Step Guide
You can now check availability on all flights, as well as make real-time bookings in 4 easy steps! You will receive immediate confirmation.
Step 1: SEARCHING FOR THE FLIGHT
FILL IN THE FORM
- Determine whether you want to book one-way, return or multiple journey
- Either enter your point of departure and destination into the ‘origin’ and ‘destination’ boxes or, alternatively begin with a few first letters and wait till the system offers you a list of cities
- Select relevant dates for the flight
- Specify the number of passengers (adults, children, infants) and class of service (economy, business)
OPTIONAL, but not required fields
- Choose the airline
- Choose search type
- Choose to depict only direct flights
SEARCH TYPES
Fare-based
- Is used to search flights with all possible fares that apply to the date(s) and routing you selected. The overview can be used to select dates, when the lowest fare is available. This type of search can provide information about all possible endorsements, discounts and penalties of the chosen fare.
Based on total price
- Is used to search a flight with the lowest cost. The flights that apply to the date(s) you selected are sorted according to the total price in ascending order
Click ‘NEXT’ to continue the booking procedure.
Step 2: CHOOSING THE FLIGHT YOU WISH TO BOOK
At the second stage of the booking process you will see a table showing the available flights on the selected dates, depending on the fare size or total value. The table shows the net fare as well as any further associated costs and details, such as
- Flight number
- Airline
- Points of departure and destination
- Departure and arrival times and the whole duration of the journey
- Type of ticket: electronic ticket or paper ticket
You can select a specific flight for your booking by clicking ‘SELECT FLIGHT’ tab.
Step 3: ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE – PASSENGER DETAILS
To complete the booking procedure you will be required to enter your personal details and your payment details:
- Mode of delivery, address;
- Means of payment: cash/card/bank transfer
- You can also choose your seat
- Passenger’s details;
- Contact information;
- Requisite elements for payments;
- You can add additional information in the field ‘Other information’.
After reviewing the details of your reservation and acceptance of our terms press ‘NEXT’ to continue.
Step 4: CONFIRMATION PAGE
After confirming your reservation you will be presented with a screen displaying ‘Reservation completed successfully’ and the locator of your booking. Now you will be able to check reservations details one more time. It also gives you the option to print confirmation of your booking.
